 Booking & Payment Policy

• A non-refundable booking amount is required to confirm your seat.

• Balance payment must be cleared before the tour start date.

• Bookings are subject to availability.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer / online modes as specified.

 Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Partial refund (after deduction of booking amount)

• 15–30 days: 50% cancellation charges

• Less than 15 days: No refund

• No refund for no-show or unused services

 Documents Required

• Valid Driving License (mandatory for riders)

• Passport & Visa (for foreign nationals)

• ID proof (Aadhar / Passport)

• Travel insurance (recommended)

 Motorcycle Usage Policy

• Motorcycle will be provided (e.g., Royal Enfield Himalayan / Bullet).

• Rider must have prior riding experience.

• Any damage due to negligence will be charged to the rider.

• Helmets are compulsory at all times during the ride.

• Traffic rules must be strictly followed.

 Safety & Responsibility

• Rider participates at their own risk.

• Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss of belongings.

• Follow Ride Captain instructions at all times.

• Consumption of alcohol before/during ride is strictly prohibited.

Medical & Fitness

• Participants must be physically fit for long-distance riding.

• Any medical condition must be declared before the tour.

• Carry personal medication if required.

 Weather & Route Changes

• Itinerary may change due to weather, road, or safety conditions.

• आयोजक (organizer) reserves the right to modify routes for safety reasons.

 Accommodation Policy

• Accommodation is on twin-sharing basis.

• Single occupancy available at extra cost (if applicable).

• Hotels may change to similar category due to availability.

 Meals & Inclusions

• Only meals mentioned in inclusions will be provided.

• Any additional food or beverages will be charged extra.

 Personal Belongings

• Participants are responsible for their luggage and valuables.

• Use the support vehicle for luggage transport.

 Support Vehicle

• Backup vehicle will carry luggage & provide assistance.
