Booking and Payment

  1. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation, depending on the package.
  2. Payments can be made via secure methods including online transactions or bank transfers.
  3. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation and Refund

  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email.
  2. Cancellation fees may apply based on the package and time of cancellation.
  3. If Motorcycle Trails cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative or refund will be offered.

Health and Safety

  1. Participants must be in good physical health and capable of undertaking the tour.
  2. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  3. All safety instructions provided by guides must be followed strictly.

Responsibility and Liability

  1. Motorcycle Trails is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond its control.
  2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
  3. Itineraries may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances with suitable alternatives provided.

  1. Participants must behave respectfully and follow local laws.
  2. Illegal activities including drug use are strictly prohibited.

Documentation for Foreign Nationals

  1. A valid International Driving Permit is mandatory for motorcycle tours.
